Our Coffees

 
 

We produce 100% Arabica gourmet coffee, SHB category, nurtured between 1500 to 1700 meters high. Our coffees are blends of the Los Santos region, which includes Santa Maria de Dota and Tarrazú, two of the most famous coffee-growing areas of our country and which are distinguished by a pleasant acidity in the cup, while offering a perfect combination of aroma and body. This is because these lands provide ideal conditions of altitude, rain, sun and fertile soil to produce the finest gourmet coffee.


Coffee is carefully hand picked, processed thru a water mill plant and sun dried, a process that takes an average of seven days.  Once we received the order, it is carefully and precisely roasted and immediately packaged in tri-laminated bags with a one-way degassing valves, ensuring their complete freshness. In fact, we do not roast large quantities of coffee to hold in inventory, but rather, we roast small quantities according to the needs of our customers.
